Beacon Bistro Petoskey  Wine Parties.  Please choose the date and guest count below.  

Our first wine party is on October 20th which is a Wednesday Night at 6:00pm.  Dinner is served at 6:30pm

Passed App~  Tuna Tartare tossed in a coconut, ginger, serano sauce.   "Gregoletto Prosecco" Italian wine to start.

1st.  Seared diver scallop on a bed of cauliflower puree, herb infused oil and topped with caviar and chives.  "Henri Peruset" Macon village unoaked chardonnay from burgundy.

2nd.   Salad~ Tender mixed green, candies pecans, herbed goat cheese, pomegranate with a Chinese (5) spice crusted duck breast.  "Chignard Fleurie Mis En Bouteilles"

3rd.  Herb encrusted rack of lamb w/ fingerling potatoes, roasted vegetables and a dijon rosemary cream sauce.  "Domain Fontsainte Rouge Laguedoc"

Dessert~. Pumpkin cheesecake with a caramel sauce
